Bid intelligence for high-value pursuits
Stop sorting bid alerts. Start with the bids worth pursuing.
BidPro Genie searches the public sources and plan rooms your market depends on, filters every opportunity against your company’s real fit criteria, and delivers a ranked daily shortlist with the reasons, risks, and deadline attached.
Your team’s scarce resource isn’t opportunity. It’s qualified attention.
Features, translated into business value
More alerts create more work. Better qualification creates focus.
Every feature in BidPro Genie is there to protect your team’s time, sharpen the bid/no-bid decision, or keep a qualified opportunity from getting lost.
The benefit
Start every morning with a shortlist—not a search project.
Review the opportunities most likely to fit instead of reopening the same portals and plan rooms.
The benefit
Protect estimating hours from bids that were never a fit.
Keep wrong-territory, wrong-scope, and clearly unqualified work away from your most expensive reviewers.
The benefit
Know why a bid fits before opening the full package.
See the match reasons, possible blockers, value, timing, and official source behind every recommendation.
The benefit
Turn a good find into a visible, owned pursuit.
Keep the opportunity’s status, notes, deadline, and estimated value connected after your team decides to move forward.
Built around one consequential question
Should we pursue this?
That decision needs more than a keyword match. BidPro Genie brings the fit, risk, timing, and source evidence into one reviewable view—so your team can say yes or no with context.
- ✓Relevant? Does the requested work match what you actually sell?
- ✓Eligible? Do the geography, qualifications, and deadline work?
- ✓Worth the effort? Does the opportunity fit your pursuit profile?
A simpler operating rhythm
Three steps from scattered notices to focused pursuits.
Your team keeps the decision. BidPro Genie handles the repetitive search, first-pass qualification, and organization around it.

Why BidPro Genie
Alert tools match words. BidPro Genie matches the company.
The goal is not to show you the largest possible database. It is to help your team find and act on the opportunities that deserve attention.
Built for high-value, selective pursuits
Best when one right opportunity matters more than one hundred alerts.
BidPro Genie is designed for companies selling expensive equipment or specialized services into government, utility, institutional, and industrial procurement.
Your team will likely get value when…
- estimators or sales leaders have limited review time;
- relevant work is scattered across disconnected sources;
- territory, scope, qualifications, or deal size eliminate many notices;
- a single strong contract can justify a deliberate search process.
We may not be right when…
- maximum alert volume matters more than qualification;
- your team wants fully automatic bid decisions or submission;
- you only need one known portal monitored;
- you expect guaranteed coverage or guaranteed wins.
Automation where it helps
Human control where it matters.
BidPro Genie keeps the source, reasoning, and decision visible. It supports judgment; it does not quietly replace it.
Trace every recommendation
Official source links, dates, documents, and amendments stay attached.
Inspect the reasoning
See the match reasons, risks, and information that still needs confirmation.
Approve profile changes
Clicks never rewrite the feed. Meaningful Search DNA changes are reviewed first.
Keep the bid decision human
Your team decides what to pursue. BidPro Genie never submits a proposal.
A note on source coverage: procurement notices live across systems with different access, reuse, and submission rules. BidPro Genie preserves the official source and its requirements. Coverage is shaped around each client’s market; it is not represented as every possible notice everywhere.
Straight answers
What teams usually want to know.
Is BidPro Genie another bid database?
No. The product searches across sources relevant to your market, then applies your company’s fit criteria before opportunities reach the shortlist. The value is qualification and decision context—not simply access to public notices.
What is “Search DNA”?
It is your private bid-fit profile: capabilities, service territory, contract range, buyer types, qualifications, exclusions, and the work you want more of. Your team can review and edit it.
Where does BidPro Genie search?
Depending on the client’s market, the scan plan can include federal sources, state and local portals, agency and owner sites, public notices, and relevant plan rooms. The fit review maps the starting source strategy for your company.
Does it write or submit bids for us?
No. BidPro Genie helps your team discover, qualify, and organize opportunities. A person still decides what to pursue and approves every bid. The product does not automatically submit proposals.
What happens in a fit review?
We map what you sell, where you compete, likely buyers, core fit criteria, and the procurement systems that may matter most. You leave with a clearer view of how BidPro Genie would search and whether a pilot makes sense.
Is this self-serve software?
Not today. BidPro Genie is currently offered as a high-touch pilot so the search profile, source plan, and qualification logic can be reviewed with each client before the daily operating rhythm begins.
