No. This walkthrough uses fictional examples to demonstrate the process. Your real pilot starts with your confirmed profile and research into relevant procurement sources. Coverage depends on source availability.
Does every thumbs-down change my search automatically?
No. The reason matters. Feedback informs reviewed adjustments. Wrong geography, wrong work and an opportunity you already knew about need different responses. You can reverse feedback and review proposed changes.
What happens if there are no new matches?
Your update can say there are no new matches. Filling a daily email with irrelevant bids would defeat the purpose. You and the team can review scope and coverage without silently broadening your territory.
Will BidPro submit bids for me?
You decide what to pursue and remain responsible for confirming requirements, pricing and submission. This pilot focuses on discovering and screening opportunities.
How does the founding pilot work?
Apply for a fit review. For accepted founding-pilot participants, the offer is 60 days at no charge, no card, and no automatic renewal or charge. We agree the profile, recipients and start date with you. Availability and fit are reviewed. Continuing afterward requires a separate agreement.
