BidPro Genie is operated by Dhima Consulting, based in the United States. We provide personalized procurement discovery services that help businesses find and evaluate government contract opportunities.

Information we collect

To provide BidPro Genie services, we collect and process the following information:

• Account information: Your email address and hashed password for account creation and authentication
• Session data: Session cookies and authentication tokens for web sessions and Bearer tokens for iOS app authentication
• Company Search DNA: Your company's capabilities, service territory, contract value range, preferred buyer types, exclusions, and other search parameters you provide to personalize opportunity matching
• Feedback and decisions: Your yes/no ratings on opportunities, notes, pipeline status, and feedback that helps refine future matching
• Activity logs: Login timestamps, email digest click tracking, and first-party page views on public marketing pages
• Public procurement data: Information from government procurement notices and public sources, which is not personal data of BidPro Genie users

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve BidPro Genie services
• Authenticate your account and maintain secure sessions
• Personalize opportunity discovery and ranking based on your Search DNA
• Deliver daily email digests of relevant opportunities (when you consent to receive them)
• Learn from your feedback to improve future opportunity matching
• Track engagement to measure service quality and product usage
• Communicate with you about your account and our services

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share your information with:

• Service providers: Hosting infrastructure providers, transactional and digest email delivery services, and other vendors who help us operate BidPro Genie
• Analytics services: Google Analytics is used on our public marketing site (bidprogenie.com) to understand site traffic. Our measurement ID is G-WJHHMRL0CW. We do not use Facebook pixels or similar third-party tracking on the marketing site

We will only share your information when necessary to provide our services, comply with the law, or protect our rights.

Data retention

We retain your account information and Search DNA while your account is active. If you close your account or request deletion, we will delete your personal information unless we are required to retain it for legal or operational reasons.

Your choices

You have control over your information:

• Access and updates: You can review and edit your Search DNA and account information through the BidPro Genie portal
• Data requests: Email us at hello@bidprogenie.com to request access to your data or to have your account and data deleted
• Email preferences: You can manage daily digest email preferences through your account settings

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics on our public marketing pages to understand how visitors use our site. Google Analytics may use cookies to collect information about your site visit, including pages viewed and time on site.

We use session cookies and authentication tokens to keep you signed in to the BidPro Genie web portal. The iOS app uses Bearer tokens for authentication.

Children's privacy

BidPro Genie is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

iOS app

The BidPro Genie native iOS app connects to the same backend services and uses the same account, Search DNA, and opportunity data as the web portal. Authentication uses Bearer tokens rather than web cookies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of BidPro Genie after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
